postgresql91 build failure on Mountain Lion

Description
I would like to install postgresql91-9.1.4 on Mountain Lion and the build is failure. I had already macports installed on Lion and postgresql was in 9.0.8 version.
I do "sudo port -fuc upgrade outdated" and all ports was upgraded but not netpbm.
I attached the trace of the install.
