libarchive: update to 2.8.5, github portgroup, liblzma -> xz

Description

libarchive is now hosted at github. This patch makes the port use the github portgroup, updates it to version 2.8.5, and changes the lzma variant's dependency from liblzma to xz (looks like we forgot to do this in libarchive when we did it in other ports in r94904).
