Description (last modified by ryandesign (Ryan Carsten Schmidt))
I freshly installed mac port on my MacBook Pro running the new Mac OSX Mountain Lion. And tried to install gimp 2.8. It went OK for a day (it took a day to compute and install the dependencies), but in the end gimp failed because it could not install gimp-app.

main.log for failed gimp-app build on Mountain Lion

I have the exact same problem as the OP (gimp-app fails to build on Mountain Lion). I have tried the "sudo port clean gimp-app" and then "sudo port install gimp-app" to have it still fail. I have attached the main.log file.

Ah, the source of the problem was found:
:info:build You have not agreed to the Xcode license agreements, please run 'xcodebuild -license' (for user-level acceptance) or 'sudo xcodebuild -license' (for system-wide acceptance) from within a Terminal window to review and agree to the Xcode license agreements.
Once I accepted the license agreement, gimp-app installed without problem.

Great, keeper222, I'm glad you got it working. wcjin, were you also able to get it to work? If not, please attach your new clean main.log.

Resolving as invalid since the problem was not in the gimp-app port.
"sudo port clean gimp-app" and try again. If it fails again, attach the main.log to this ticket.
