Description
I added a variant for the new Carbon XEmacs port by Andrew Choi -- http://members.shaw.ca/akochoi-xemacs/index.html. Choi's code is in beta, and the variant is therefore +carbon-beta.
I also cleaned up the mirror lists (several were dead or broken).
