rpl: update to v1.4.1 since current version fails to build

Description

The latest version of rpl is 1.4.1 I am requesting an update to this version since I am not able to compile the version in macports (1.4.0). Error log is attached. I am able to compile the latest version.

I've also attached a Portfile that references version 1.4.1. If you create a local ports source you can simply drop that portfile in textproc/rpl/Portfile, run portindex in the top-level of your local ports tree and then happily port install rpl with no problems.

Since the port is broken, I committed the update in r96963.
