I am currently unable to do a full test of an ACE build due to a signature failure. However, I have tested the port of TAO (a package built on top of ACE) 6.1.3 and the complete change list for the Portfile is: (1) Update version number to 6.1.3 from 6.1.2. (2) Update revision number from 2 to 0 (zero). (3) Update checksums. I expect this to build and run successfully, just as the full ACE+TAO package did for me.
Here are the details of the fetching problem when trying to test the ace port:
