The log says:

:info:build       ___cxa_get_globals_fast in libstdc++.a(eh_globals.o)
:info:build       ___cxa_get_globals

This looks like the same problem as in #26159. Please see if the solution shown there helps you.

That did it - thank you for the help, and sorry I wasn't able to identify the duplicate from the logs.
