pfe port will not install

Description

I'm running OS X 10.8.1 Montain Lion. I get an error when attempting to install the pfe port. main.log is attached. 

Error: org.macports.configure for port pfe returned: xinstall: Cannot stat: /usr/bin/glibtool, No such file or directory
Please see the log file for port pfe for details:
    /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_lang_pfe/pfe/main.log

Glibtool has been removed from XCode > 4.x. Use libtool from macports instead (r97628).

In the future please remember that you don't need to cc yourself if you are the ticket reporter. And don't use arbitrary keywords (see DraftKeywordGuidelines).
