openmpi: update to 1.6.2

Description

Updated to latest version which supports building with clang. Haven't tried 'make check' yet. Also notes:

  • The configure options have changed:
    • "--enable-progress-threads" doesn't exist anymore. Making variant "progressthreads" no-op.
    • Threads option changed from "--enable-mpi-threads" to "--enable-mpi-thread-multiple".
    • "--with-xgrid" doesn't exist. Dropped.
  • Make it work with both valgrind and valgrind-devel.
  • Fixed livecheck URL.
  • Failed to build with ccache. Disabled.
