Description
Seems to me that all port maintainers should be required to have a bugzilla account with the same e-mail as is listed on the maintainer line in the port. How else can we file bugs against ports and have them reach the people who can fix them?

Committers should have Bugzilla Accounts. The docs (commiter-guide) have been updated. -fkr
