postgresq??: rename python variant to python27

Port: | postgresql92 |
Description
For consistency with other ports that have python variants, please consider renaming the python variant to python27. This makes it clearer that we're pulling in python27 instead of some other port. Presumably in the future, Postgresql 10.x will have Python 3.x support, which will make the python variant name unclear.
Thanks, Blair

While there is currently a

variant, the existing+python
variant should be removed.
