Description (last modified by ryandesign (Ryan Carsten Schmidt))
Running "trunk" as of r98639. Updated two days ago.
Hello, has anything changed in the way port(1) is changing users during extract/patch/configure/compilation? Now that I have updated my "base" to r98639, whatever value has "macportsuser" been set to, port(1) is unable to extract any distfiles.
port -v build sudo port -v build
with variations on "macportsuser" (set to "root", myself, unset) always fails like the attached log file.

Seems to be because your prefix is actually /Volumes/opt/local and not /opt/local as it's configured?
