Yep, works now. Time zones are a pain, huh? Might be worth including a time zone in the input to clock scan to make it work the same for everyone.

Thanks; didn't realize it was a timezone problem or that the clock scan function was using a local timezone, though it makes sense that it would. Note that the buildbot built the port successfully after r98913, so I expected the distfiles mirror would have mirrored the file which would have made it a non-issue; don't understand why it hasn't done so yet.
