Hello,
I have a problem with kdepim4.
finally, it seems that mysql5 @5.1.66 is out of date.

I get an error during the check database.

the command line is
mysqlcheck5 -u username -ppassword --auto-repair --all-databases
Can you update this port.

Your "mysqlcheck5 output.txt" shows the expected output. I get the same result from mysqlcheck5 and mysql5 is working for me.
Please post the result of the following command:
$ /opt/local/lib/mysql5/bin/mysql -e "SHOW VARIABLES LIKE '%version%';"

So mysql5 seems functional.
FYI, the mysql5 tracks the mysql 5.1 branch and 5.1.66 is the current release version.
If you need general configuration help I suggest you use the MacPorts User mailing list to ask for help.
If you know of a specific problem with kdepim4 open a new ticket and explain the problem in the ticket discription.
What exactly is the problem?
What should we do about it?
