#36819 closed defect (invalid)

lbdb 0.36-2 doesn't build on Mountain Lion

Reported by: rcobbe Owned by: macports-tickets@…
Priority: Normal Milestone:
Component: ports Version: 2.1.2
Keywords: Cc: reilles@…
Port: lbdb

Description

Just upgraded to 10.8.2 (with XCode 4.5.1), and I'm not able to build lbdb @0.36_2; I've attached the build log.

This appears to be the same failure mode as reported in #4839, believe it or not, but it seems that Makefile.in already includes the changes from the patch attached to that ticket (modulo some refactoring and a change to xcodebuild's invocation).

Dunno if it matters, but I forgot to run "sudo xcodebuild -license" before doing the installation the first time around, so there were lots of warnings about this in main.log. I ran that and attempted the build again, with no real change, but I'm attaching the second log, to cut down on the noise. (I was also able to install a bunch of other ports successfully before running "xcodebuild -license", so I don't know how significant that is.)

This log was not from a clean build attempt; please "sudo port clean lbdb", then try again, then attach the new main.log if it fails again.
