Description
This tool allows you to convert CSVs into a format appropriate for Ledger. It's particularly useful when you need to specify multipart transactions.

Thanks for this port! I've committed it in r99350 with these changes:
- made use of github portgroup
- added required "platforms" variable
- removed "python.default_version 27" since that's the default
- fixed livecheck
- rearranged some lines

This is obviously not a new defect, I must have done something wrong submitting the ticket. But I can't seem to fix it.
