Is this problem still occurring?
Seems that it works for me. Tested on ghostscript 9.10.

Mail from the reporter:
Hi,
I've tested it with 9.10.
It now seems to be ok. The only issue is when ripping a PDF I get an error regarding compression. With -sCompression=none or lzw everything is fine.
