Error: org.macports.checksum for port gnuplot returned: Unable to verify file checksums

I ran the command below to install: sudo port install gnuplot @4.6.1 After it failed, I ran the commands below and got the message attached sudo port clean gnuplot sudo port install gnuplot

My mac is 10.6.8, snow leopard.
