It doesn't exist because nobody has created a port for it. And the reason for that might be that libreoffice appears to be a very large software package, and they already provide pre-compiled Mac binaries. It might be a great deal of effort to reproduce that work in MacPorts, and I'm unclear what would be gained by doing so. The same might be said about OpenOffice.org. Why not just use the binaries they already provide?

I tried to compile libreoffice source code tract from the tar ball version but it compile only with mac os 10.4 not 10.8 Is it a ppc source code ?
The last line of your log shows it checking for the existence of the 10.4 SDK. The 10.4 SDK doesn't exist on recent versions of Xcode, so if they require the 10.4 SDK, that won't work on recent Xcode versions.
