I also removed the disable-introspection, this is working now.

The revision needs to be reset to zero. Deleting the revision line is the easiest way to accomplish this.

Gstreamer does not respect MacPorts' specified compiler when gobject-introspection is enabled.
Please follow the directions in UsingTheRightCompiler to observe the bug for yourself.
If you can squash that bug, please upload the necessary .diffs and patches to do so and I will commit the whole lot.

I think I found the problem, it is not in GStreamer but in the gobject-introspection port. See this ticket with a proposed fix: https://trac.macports.org/ticket/37235
With this fix applied, the port builds normally.
