The time is Mittwoch, 21. November 2012 21:25:00 – well, the service is localised. When I perform in GNU Emacs in compilation-mode

it seems that the list of ports has been updated. When I then try to check whether any of my installed packages has become outdated I get only:

The last selfupdate plus arrival of new Port files for my installed packages has indeed happend more than two weeks ago…

The description is hard for me to read. Are you both using the same French rsync mirror?
Fetching from the French mirror has timed out for me recently. I used "host_blacklist" to avoid the mirror.

The description is hard for me to read. Are you both using the same French rsync mirror?
Yes, it's the nearest mirror and it's listed as valid/functioning/OK.
Fetching from the French mirror has timed out for me recently. I used "host_blacklist" to avoid the mirror.
I'll try to contact the maintainers of this host! (I don't think of blacklisting yet, I'd prefer to insert another server into the config file.)

I received the message of one maintainer. The French rsync mirror is working again. Proof: a dozen packages were upgraded today.
