Description
I tagged pyside as the faulty package, even if shiboken is at fault here. PySide will fail also, in a similar fashion I expect.
I run a 10.8 (darwin 12) mbp and when looking at the distro servers, there simply are no darwin 12 packages built. So port continues to download the source instead. Or, it tries. It checks the page of the master_sites (http://www.pyside.org/files) as specified by the port file (https://trac.macports.org/browser/trunk/dports/python/py-pyside/Portfile) but the page is nowadays a redirect. And thus, the downloaded "package" is a html page.
Suggested bug fixes:
- Distribute new packages for darwin 12
- Update the master sites to point to: http://qt-project.org/wiki/PySideDownloads
