Hello,
To the best of my testing, the kde ports could be indeed validated on 10.6 and 10.8, so that building on 10.7 may have some inexperienced glitches that I could not see, and I will try to look it up by compiling with llvm-gcc-4.2, to see if I can sort it out.
This said, for the sake of understanding, there is something which seems unclear to me. gmt4 does not depend on kdelibs4 nor on libkdcraw, so that there should be no way these ports pop up when installing gmt4. Furthermore, kdelibs4 is a dependency of libkdcraw, and not the other way around. Your log indicates that you already have kdelibs4 installed. Can you confirm that this log originates from the command
sudo port install gmt4
?

This doesn't seem to be an issue anymore in 10.9.2 and the current KDE version 4.12.4, so may we close this one?
