mplayer2 fails to play FLAC audio

Description
Trying to play any FLAC audio file (or video file with a FLAC audio track) results in no sound, and the error "Unsupported sample format" repeated many times. Updating to current git HEAD (2012-11-28) fixes the problem.
As part of the update, patch-Makefile.diff also needs to be replaced by patch-configure.diff.
