Committed in r100836.
I didn't add the line "python.default_version 27" because that is the default.
This port doesn't appear to install any architecture-specific files so I added the line "supported_archs noarch".
I was unable to test whether py25-apptools builds because dependency py25-pyqt4 does not build (#37421).

Now that #37421 is being addressed I can confirm that py25-apptools also installs OK.
