php5 needs fpm option

Description
There is no (easy) way to include FPM with the current port of PHP5, which makes it incredibly difficult to use with nginx.
I have modified a portfile i found and included it below, it seems to work although I haven't tested it aside from my own mac

Duplicate of #26039. php53-fpm, php54-fpm and php55-fpm already exists; the php5 port collection is deprecated and will not be updated with new features like fpm.
