gnome/totem upgrade version to 3.6.3

Description

Totem is the only port currently dependent upon gst-ffmpeg 0.10.x, a gstreamer library which should be replaced_by gst-libav 1.0.x.
The currently-ported version of totem cannot be built against gst-libav.
In order to build totem 3.6.3, the following changes are necessary:

  • use_xz will need to be used as the release archive format changed
  • dependencies on clutter-gtk and clutter-gst will need to be added
  • patchfiles will need to be removed or revised

I have not yet successfully updated clutter-gst to version 1.9.92, so I do not yet have a totem .diff for testing/committing.
Please refer to tickets #32249 (clutter) and #37082 (gst-libav) for related library upgrades necessary for testing.
The totem update described in this ticket will have to be committed after clutter and gstreamer/gst-plugins-* are updated.
