Description
On Linux, digikam as a Geolocation edition feature in the Image menu (just below Metadata if I am not wrong).
I do not find it on Mac (Mountain Lion) and did not find a variant that could enable this feature.
Any idea?

This is indeed where it should be.
I join the log of the build.

The build log looks fine, all dependencies were found and the gpssync kipi-plugin (providing the geo-location) seems to get installed correctly. At the moment I have no idea what the problem might be ...
You could start digikam for the console with /Applications/MacPorts/KDE4/digikam.app/Contents/MacOS/digikam and post the console output. Maybe something is in there?

You gave a hint by writing about the kipi-plugin: it was disabled in the plugin list in the Digikam preferences. I did not know this feature was brought by the plugin.
Thanks!

Okay. :)
Then somebody with the permissions to close tickets, can do so now.

I have “Geo-loction” just below “Print Assistant” (3rd item below “Metadata”).
Can you uninstall digikam, reinstall it with
and upload the output?
