kmymoney4 @4.6.3_0: build failure on OS X 10.8

Hello, I set /opt/local/etc/macports/sources.conf to ​http://www.macports.org/files/ports.tar.gz [default] to install the latest version of kmymoney4. The installation process fails when trying to compile kmymoney4. Can someone help me? I have attached the log file.

You ran into an annoying error with meinproc4 during APIDOC generation. See also #30176 and others.

Sometimes it helps to simply try building once or twice again, since the crash is not occurring every time...

I know, it's a rather bad workaround, but it worked for me a couple of times already.

Well, I did sudo port clean --all kmymoney4 and again sudo port install kmymoney4 for 3 times !!! And no success at all.

Did you try installing kmymoney4-devel?

If not, please do so and let me know whether you experience the same trouble.

(I don't have a 10.8 myself to test all this, I am sorry. And, you know, the 10.8-buildbot didn't complain, to my best knowledge. But I am sure we'll be able to do something to fix this. Please stay patient.)

Hi, I wasn't aware that I hadn't removed the API doc generation from port kmymoney4 as I had done earlier for kmymoney4-devel.

Please check whether my changed r101672 solves your issue also for kmymoney4, which I hope it should.

Hello, I am using /opt/local/etc/macports/sources.conf to ​http://www.macports.org/files/ports.tar.gz [default]. I did "sudo port -d selfupdate" and it is fetching kmymoney4-4.6.3_0.darwin_12.x86_64.tbz2. Am I getting the version you modified?

Hmmm, I guess - since I made a stealth update - it could be you were still getting an older version.

You could try to rebuild locally from source using

$ sudo port -s install kmymoney4

Does that work for you?

You know, I don't really want to issue a revbump to port kmymoney4 to test something else, which is why I hoped that kmymoney4-devel might work for you already.

You log indicates that the API documentation gets generated although it shouldn't. :-(

At least for kmymoney4-devel r103781 should solve this issue by correctly omitting the API handbook generation eventually.

Can you verify this for the devel port?

The OP renang010 was able to install kmymoney4-devel without problem.

Recently there was a fix to kmymoney4 in #40462, which is why I close this issue.
