BUG: VTK devel variant has incorrect cvs password

Description
The VTK devel variant uses an incorrect CVS password. As a result, the checkout fails. The Portfile specifies 'VTK', but the correct password is 'vtk'. Also, the version is incorrect. As indiciated in VTK/ CMakeLists.txt, the devel version is 4.5.0. I will include a patch for the Portfile.
