The log says:
You have not agreed to the Xcode license agreements, please run 'xcodebuild -license' (for user-level acceptance) or 'sudo xcodebuild -license' (for system-wide acceptance) from within a Terminal window to review and agree to the Xcode license agreements.
You need to do both of those.

You need to do both of those.
Thanks for the help, I had accepted the license without using sudo, but lacked with sudo. Sorry to have confused with a bug.
