Description
trying to build htop in a clean work directory, the configure phase fails. Executing the same build command again, everything builds fine.
auto{conf,make} is still a mystery to me.

The error in the first log is: "aclocal: error: couldn't open directory 'm4': No such file or directory". We should just create that directory post-extract.
Note that the Cc field requires complete email addresses.
