As the output you pasted states, the error is with p5.12-getopt-long, not with wine. I can fetch the distfile for p5.12-getopt-long just fine. Please attach the referenced log file (i.e, /opt/local/var/macports/logs/…/p5.12-getopt-long/main.log).
