cdrtools's description says it conflicts with dvdrtools, but they aren't actually marked as conflicting

Description

In cdrtools's description, it says: 

Note, this port conflicts with the dvdrtools port.

However, there's no Conflicts with entry in its portfile to reflect this. The same situation is present with dvdrtools's own portfile.

(This should be pretty easy to fix, as the patch would be pretty similar to my one in issue #37597)
