selfupdate command not updating - Mac OS X10.6.8 — at Initial Version

I downloaded the MacPorts: 3.2.2 on my Mac OS X 10.6.8 I also updated my XCode 3.2.2

After installation I ran the command sudo port -d selfupdate:

this is the result:
