I created my own portfile for osslsigncode and didn't see yours until I went to create a ticket. I'm attaching mine too, which has the following differences:

• osslsigncode is now at version 1.6 upstream
• license is now GPL-3+
• description and long_description copied directly from sourceforge project page
• used project page for homepage, since ​http://osslsigncode.sourceforge.net/ hasn't been changed from default
• only included checksum types recommended in current "Creating a Portfile" section of guide
• base variant depends on curl since it's required for timestamping - note I didn't need to change configure.args, maybe due to a change upstream?
