Description
This updates py-icalendar to 3.3 including removing support for python < 2.6 and updates the livecheck to actually work correctly.

this update caused my MacPorts to fail to parse the py-icalendar portfile after my latest selfupdate:
Failed to parse file python/py-icalendar/Portfile: can't read "realname": no such variable
