shogun build failure

Description

py26-pymvpa failed to install port shogun and processing of py26-pymvpa failed. Tried to clean and re-install, also failed. Tried to install shogun alone, also failed. Suggestions?

OSX 10.7.5 Xcode 4.6.1 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7

Thanks. Ended up building 2.1.0 from source.
