todotxt shows wrong path in notes

Description
When installing todotxt, it says "Copy the default configuration file from /opt/local/etc/todo.cfg-dist to ~/.todo/config and customize it."
todo.cfg-dist isn't in etc, it's in share/todotxt.
I've attached a patch that fixes this.

Here's a smaller version of the patch, that also uses ${name} rather than hardcoding the name of the patch.
