UPDATE py-couchdbkit to 0.6.4

Port update request. Brings py-couchdbkit up to the newer Python PortGroup and sub-group status, as well as to current supported version.

The module depends on new port submissions, py-restkit (ticket #38896) and py-http-parser (ticket #38895).

(+1) I would be interested in this as well. Is this considered a maintainer timeout? It is an update only and there are missing dependencies (new commits).

Some more things:

• The current version is now at 0.6.5;
• support of Python 2.6 and 2.7 only;
• now there seems to be a port for Python 2.5, what to do about this discontinue or keep the older version?
• the build dependency on distribute needs replacing with setuptools;

Updated Portfile for py-couchdbkit 4.2.2 provided. Testing on 10.8. Also includes depends_build fix to setuptools.

Upstream only supports Python >= 2.6, so the older package for Python2.5 would need to be retired, or kept as py25-couchdbkit.

Please provides any changes to existing ports as unified diffs. py-couchdbkit.diff​ is an outdated patch. Portfile.2 is more recent, but the corresponding diff is missing.
