Description
Update lua to 5.2.2.
Makefile patches are based on those from 5.1.4. The source tarball no longer has etc or test directories and the HISTORY & COPYRIGHT files no longer exist. Added COPYRIGHT as a patch

Some ports (eg: ipe) look for a lua-config.pc which the new version, AFAIK, does not install anymore. Shall we patch lua to add an “artificially” generated .pc file, or patch the dependents?
