libcanberra-0.30 build failure when gtk2 +no_x11 +quartz installed — at Initial Version

Description
Seems very similar to #19705, except now it fails at checking for GTK in the ./configure process. --enable-gtk is passed to ./configure, and from what I can tell, in the configure script, part of checking for GTK involves checking for X11. I'm guessing that's where it's failing, but not really sure. Attaching the build log.
