Perl module for manipulating GEDCOM data files. It complements the lifelines (existing port) genealogy program. Unique features:
Rigorous validation against a customizable grammar file. Effectively provides scripting capabilities missing from commercial software (i.e., Reunion).
As submitted, the portfile includes a dependency on the Roman perl module. Although it is not essential, I am also submitting Roman to be a new port.
