vis5d: change ImageMagick dependency

Description

vis5d declares a library dependency on the ImageMagick port, but it doesn't appear to actually link with any ImageMagick libraries; it only uses ImageMagick's convert program. As such, could you remove the library dependency and add build and run dependencies instead? This will help me in the future when I'm trying to figure out which ports link with ImageMagick so that I can revbump them when ImageMagick is updated. Thanks.
