ppl @1.0: build failure after glpk update

Description

After I installed glpk @4.49 (r106024), rev-upgrade unsuccessfully tried to rebuild ppl @1.0. Switching back to @4.47 let ppl build successfully again.

glpk has been downgraded to 4.48 in r106046.

So that MacPorts will automatically clean ppl and try again, I've made an inconsequential change to ppl (whitespace changes) in r106047.

Someone should please report the ppl build problem with glpk 4.49 to the developers of ppl so that they can begin work on fixing it so that we can eventually upgrade glpk again.

The devs say that the issue is fixed in their repo and in v1.1 pre-release snapshots, but I haven’t had time to verify.

Finally got around to this. The PPL 1.1pre10 snapshot builds fine with GLPK 4.52.
