Description
globus-core is a central build dependency for all other packages of the Globus Toolkit. It contains a bootstrap script, autoconf/automake macros and Doxygen helpers.

The bootstrap
script is calling autoconf
and automake
but you're not adding dependencies on these, only libtool.
Like gpt (#38801) livecheck doesn't work, you could use the same approach as I suggested in that ticket but it's checking the globus toolkit version I'm not sure its worth it, maybe livecheck could be disabled.

I've updated the Portfile to include the automake/autoconf build dependency, and added the livecheck settings for tracking Globus Toolkit releases.
