A new version (2013.2) of the Haskell Platform is now available with many useful updates.

Most of the work is done, the platform builds and installs successfully. Since updating the platform also involves a GHC update, I'll have to take a look at the other haskell ports before I can commit the update.

Updated the platform in r106818. This requires changes in other haskell ports that will come in one after another in the following days. If you notice a broken port, feel free to write a patch and open a ticket.
