fail: port upgrade py27-scipy: 0.11.0_0 to 0.12.0_2

I don't think this is a duplicate bug/ticket although I'm not completely positive. These might be related but I don't think so. #37415 #39141

I'm on Mac OS 10.7.5. The upgrade error seems to be related to invalid flags sent to compiler.

My ports are all up to date except for py27-scipy. It won't upgrade. I attached the main.log file. Here is the console message:

I'm not using atlas.

The port for gcc: gcc45 @4.5.4_6 (active)

I did a clean: sudo port clean py27-scipy

My current scipy installation appears to be at least partially broken: more than trivial number of test failures. (attached file)
