Works for me. A binary build is available, but
sudo port -u -s install py27-traits
also successfully installed.

Sorry guys, I have sent the message from gmail. But it can not reach here. Thanks a lots, this problem is due to Clang. Now everything is OK.

to the WikiFormatting wiki page by mistake... Anyway, this seems to be your error:Make sure you have your Command Line Tools installed and up-to-date...
