This was not a clean build attempt, please clean and try again. Anyways, the relevant error seems to be here:
:info:configure checking GStreamer 0.10 souphttpsrc plugin... no :info:configure configure: error: you need souphttpsrc from gst-plugins-good installed for the YouTube plugin

I've cleaned totem (sudo port clean totem) and rebuild (sudo port install totem) and it still fails. Moreover, the port gstreamer010-gst-plugins-good is already installed, so I don't understand where this error comes from.

The port now work! And don't anderstand why. The only change which appended was that, when I installed another package, it found a linking error in gstreamer010-gst-plugins-good and so rebuilt it. Maybe it is the reason why totem didn't wanted to configure!
Thanks for helping
